The MS Animal Science program was designed for students with baccalaureate degrees to receive deeper academic background and postgraduate training in various sub-disciplines under the field of Animal Science including Animal Breeding, Animal Nutrition, Animal Physiology, Animal Production, Dairy Technology, and Meat Science. It is composed of 24 units of coursework (15 units major; 9 units minor), 6 units of thesis, and 1 unit of seminar.

Postgraduate study in Animal Science equips graduates both with theoretical knowledge and technical skills necessary to handle key positions in government, academic institutions, and private companies. Those who have passion for learning and intend to do or advance in research with the goal of improving animal productivity are encouraged to consider graduate studies in Animal Science.
