Biosketch

Dr. Rayos is actively working towards the development of the dairy industry in the country particularly in the field of Theriogenology. He has published over 40 notable scholarly outputs in both ISI and non-ISI journals. Some of his notable awards include the One UP Professorial Chair for Research and Public Service for 2019-2021; PSAS-Merial Philippines Outstanding Teacher in Veterinary and Animal Science (2015); Distinguished Alumnus for Veterinary Research (UPLB AA, 2004); Most Outstanding Veterinarian in Large Animal Practice Award (VPAP, 1997); and the Philippine Society of Animal Science (PSAS) E.R. Squibb Livestock Manager Award (1988). He also received nine (9) UP International Publication Awards (IPA).
