The Institute of Animal Science warmly congratulates Ms. Adelfa A. Natividad for being recognized as CAFS Outstanding Administrative Personnel under the Office Personnel Category during the 113^th CAFS Foundation Day Celebration with the theme “One College, One Goal, Contributing to the Futures of Agriculture” last March 3.

Ms. Natividad has been actively serving as Administrative Assistant stationed at the Director’s Office of IAS to deliver a range of clerical and administrative duties.

She is responsible for doing various administrative work including but not limited to secretarial, procurement, inventory, records, and human resource management, as well as support to extension, research, and instruction functions. With her passion and innovation, Ms. Natividad devised an internal system of checking document submissions, and proposed an office beautification project with low to minimal cost.

CAFS recognized her unwavering commitment to work, positive attitude towards her job, and exceptional dedication to the College and the University. Moreover, her impressive performance in the last three (3) years led to Outstanding and Very Satisfactory ratings based on the evaluation of her supervisors and peers.

Exemplary to the spirit of volunteerism, Ms. Natividad has been recognized for her volunteer work for the Barangay Maitim Church projects and activities which she has been part of since 2015.
